After Hours Emergency Policy

We have staff available after regular business hours for emergency situations. An emergency is a situation in which the absence of medical equipment and supplies, or, the malfunctioning of equipment, represents a potential threat to the client’s health or life. When the situation warrants, please call 911.

If you have an after-hours emergency, and you do not feel it is necessary to call 911, please call 262.786.9870. Our answering service will direct your call to the appropriate after-hours staff member. That individual will call you back within 20 minutes of your call. If the staff member determines your situation is truly an emergency, appropriate action will be taken. If, after talking with you, it is determined your situation is not an emergency (for example, you are calling about a bill, placing an order for regular monthly supplies, inquiring about pricing and availability of supplies or equipment) you will be asked to call back the next business day.
